Ability of weighing instrument to have certain tolerance not only in calibration points but also in all measuring range.
LVD Directive (Low Voltage Electrical Equipment)
It refers to each electronic device supplied by voltage 50 - 1000 V AC or 75 - 1500 V DC.
it determines that an electric device can only be introduced to market if after proper installation, usage and maintenance as described in the user manual it is not dangerous and harmful for the user, pets and goods. All weighing instruments (except for those powered from batteries only) must comply with basic requirements of this directive. It also applies to weighing instruments powered by voltage approximately 10 V, as they are sold together with power adapter plugged to mains.
